We believe that wellness is a fluid balance in body, mind, spirit, and emotions. We use a number of tools for deep, gentle, and profound healing: Polarity, RYSE© Training, Distance Healing, and Mediumship. We clear and elevate the vibration of the energy / information you are presenting, to give you an added sense of clarity and direction. The Transformational Healing Center is a gathering place for our clients to receive these services. We are located in Vermont, with two locations in Thetford, VT and White River Junction, VT; though with Distance Healing, we are able to be available for anyone, anywhere; just a phone call away. All services are by appointment only.

The basic premise of Energy Work is that we are Forever Spiritual Beings, complete with a Spiritual Anatomy, through which highest cosmic energy, or life force, steps down into the lower vibrations through the chakras, aura, and meridians or pathways, down into the human body, so that we can have human experience on the Earth Plane. We are Forever Spiritual Beings in a human form, not Human Beings forever trying to be Spiritual. Due to wear and tear of living, this Energetic Anatomy develops rips, holes, tears, clogs, blocks and general lack of luster and health. This costs us valuable life force that we could be using to create the lives we want.

Energy work clears, balances, aligns, repairs, refreshes and energizes this Spiritual Anatomy, and the difference is noticeable! The benefits of energy work are many. Imagine that you live in a house that has never been cleaned. Energy work wipes down the walls and woodwork, washes all the windows, cleans the floors and all the bathrooms; changes the bed linens, sorts, organizes, dejunks, takes out the trash, adds fresh flowers in every room, and fills the house with clean fresh air and beautiful music. With repeated clearings, you get a new paint job throughout, and the hardwood floors get sanded and refinished.

RYSE® Training classes teach you how to work the vacuum cleaner, the spray cleaner bottle and the disinfectant, all by yourself. Some clients are all set, preferring to do their own “cleaning”; some clients want me to come before AND after the relatives visit; some clients want the service twice a month, others, every week.

Energy work is not a thinking event. It occurs in a realm that is beyond the words we have to describe it. Once you have experienced and felt a clearing, you will better understand the words I am using to describe this fascinating work.

All of us carry pain and baggage from our past and current life challenges; this can limit our perspectives to the gifts we have and limit our connection to the world around us and to the higher realms. But we all also have incredible strengths and gifts and intelligence and talents.

We are “forever spiritual beings” in a human form, instead of humans forever trying to get spiritual. I have always believed that wellness is a fluid balance of body, mind, spirit, and emotions, and that transformation and evolution are inevitable. Stuck energy, however, can really gum up the works, and it just needs to be removed. Regular energy work keeps us on track, and moving along nicely.

I was born with gifts that include clairvoyance and mediumship, and my training in the Polarity Realization Institute (now Spatech) transformed these gifts into a practical approach I use to help my clients. Energy comes through me for your benefit; it does not come from me. But I am having a pretty good time. I have plenty of spontaneous good humor, a very direct approach, down-to-earth insights and decades of experience and observation to share. My greatest gift seems to be the ability to get to the very heart of the matter, to present new perspective for consideration, and to support folks to hold the highest frequency of the new insight for integration.

My personal and professional goal is to assist as many individuals as possible to experience and to hold the frequency of their highest alignment, so that they may access and trust their highest truth and act upon it; thus being the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. One by one, a critical mass of awakened and aware conscious beings can then support the energetic well being of their families, their community, and ultimately, the planet as a whole. I like to think big!

My gifts have been fine tuned by the training I have received, grounded and deepened by the wisdom I have gathered, and evolved by the lessons and the power from my Highest Guidance.

I am a Registered Polarity Practitioner, a RYSE® Level 3 Instructor, and am registered in the State of Vermont as “The Happy Medium.” I am APTA certified. I have a BA from the University of Massachusetts in Education. My education continues through reading and attendance at seminars, and following and doing “the next right thing,” in whatever form that takes. The lessons continue…

I am a graduate of the 900+ hour program at the Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich , Massachusetts . I remain a long time, grateful student of Nancy Anna Risley, the author and creator of RYSE® Training: Tools for Life, and the founder of PRI. Nancy and her husband, Kris Stecker, taught me to clear, balance and align the energetic systems of individuals and groups, how to teach clients how to clear themselves, and continue to offer their valuable support, acceptance, insight, and laughter.

Since then I have developed and evolved these gifts into the Energy moving practices I use today because I am deeply convinced that it is the best use of the talents and the training that I have. I have been practicing Polarity since 1992, and have done over 500 individual hands-on and distance healing sessions, and have taught many group classes in RYSE®.

Elevating and clearing the vibration of the energy / information you are presenting, helping you to easily and effortlessly release what no longer serves you, and assisting you to breathe in exactly what does, to give you an added sense of clarity and direction is just some of what I do. I feel that this format for Energy work is the most efficient way to clear away the wreckage of the past and get clear enough for your consciousness to expand into “Knowing your Forever Self.” Your life changes as it aligns with your new picture of what you can create your life to be.
